This is my second business trip in Muscat, last time I was stay in 2020 but present this hotel look like so beautiful and rooms are small but maintained, swimming pool also small but nice cleaning, Mr Pramod mohangekar is speaking so friendly and he guide me to travel in Ruwi & other tourist places , all staff also good I m happy with this hotel experience

The hotel hall is beatiful. Good place to sit. The room was perfect as well as the bed. Very good selection of meals in the buffet for dinner as well as breakfest. Very good prices. The service during the dinner was perfect specifiquely from Aquib who always welcome us and provide specific item we requested incredible. It was possible to place pool each night. Really enjoy ouir stay.

Personally we felt there could have been additional lighting in the room. The breakfast was yummy. The front desk and supportive staff were very helpful. The hotel located near to the Ruwi round about and approximately 16.8 miles . There are lots of Indian and Arabic restaurants nearby. Taxis are easily available from the location.

It was an amazing stay meeting wonderful people like Reshma and Idrees. Very accommodating and made sure everything was fine with our stay. We decided to extend because of their generosity with time and services. Highly recommended and will definitely come back!

Very nice service. Especially Ms. Carla. The facility is really satisfying. All the other staffs are very cooperative. The pool is awesome, rooms and washrooms are nice and clean. I will be coming again on my next visit

Haffa house hotel was realy good the cost was realy affordable in the morning they give free breakfast buffet FREE BREAKFAST they had a pool gym . It was 100%clean appreciated it. They change the towel,blanket,bed sheet ,carpet,soaps tissues coffee tea and clean it bath room wa sveryvert clean.they were so kind,there is a staff named Sara she was so sweet .excellent
